Consent to inclusion in the applicant pool

Should my application be unsuccessful, I consent to AQUATO Umwelttechnologien GmbH storing my personal data that I have provided during the entire application process (for example: cover letter, CV, certificates, applicant questionnaires, documented applicant interviews) beyond the end of the specific application process.

Note: Your personal data will only be processed internally for 1 year. After the one-year period expires, all personal data will be automatically deleted. The one-year period begins at the end of the day on which your declaration of consent is received by us.

I consent to AQUATO Umwelttechnologien GmbH using this data to contact me later and continue the application process if I should be considered for another position.

If I have personally provided “special categories of personal data” according to Art. 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation in my application letter or other documents submitted by me in the application process (e.g. a photo that reveals ethnic origin, information about severe disability status, etc.), my consent also applies to this data.
We evaluate all applicants exclusively based on their qualifications.

This consent is voluntary and has no impact on my chances in the current application process. I can refuse it without giving reasons, without having to fear any disadvantages as a result. I can also revoke my consent at any time; in this case, my data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process or at the time of becoming aware of the revocation.

Note: For reasons of better readability, where a gender-neutral formulation is not available, both male and other forms are not listed. The chosen male formulation therefore applies without restriction to other genders and is to be understood as gender-neutral.
